5) Install static background wallpapers. Live wallpapers, of course, are more beautiful, but they also take much power. So, it is for you to decide what is more important for you: animation or timework.
6) Use dark wallpapers, especially if you have AMOLED screen. The technology of such screens is such that the darker wallpaper is the fewer pixels are in use and less energy is wasted.
7) Remove screen widgets that you don’t use. Another way to optimize your screen is removing the widgets. It is recommended no to use them, as they take extra screen space and energy. So, make a cleaning!
8) Search for places with good reception. Or and you may also switch on the flight mode in your phone. Flight mode is a rather good to leave the phone on without allowing it search for the better network.
9) Decrease the number of updates you or your apps get from the Internet setting “On demand” option.
10) Install power-saving apps. There are lots of them that provide different functions. They are free and paid. You just need to choose the ones that fit you best. But I like the apps that can trace whether you are awake or not and automatically switch on and off some power-consuming functions.
